Shang Bai

The story takes place in a chaotic era. Chen Guan, a poor scholar, gave up the imperial examination and became a novelist of strange tales. By chance, they met the taciturn young swordsman Cui Zhiyu. The two of them went to Changxing County where the snake disaster had occurred again. After going through numerous hardships and obstacles, they finally worked together to eliminate the evil Chong and saved their companions and the people.
