The first domestic film with rural credit cooperatives as its theme, "The Small Village in the Mountain Area", jointly produced by Shanxi Film and Television Group and Shanxi Film Studio, held its opening ceremony in Xiyang County. The film takes as its main thread the determination of the old secretary Ye of Huaguo Bay Village to help the poor villagers become prosperous. It uses the rural credit cooperative, a financial institution that is rooted in and supports rural areas, agriculture and farmers, as the story carrier. Through a large-scale fruit tree planting operation full of hope, it forms different industrial chains and realizes the beautiful blueprint planned by Secretary Ye.
