The film tells the story of a simple Indian man with devout religious beliefs who helps a mute Pakistani girl reunite with her parents. Hindu Pawan (played by Salman Khan) meets Shahida (played by Harshali Marhot), a Muslim girl who has lost her mother and has a language disorder, by chance. After learning that Shahida was from Pakistan, Pawan decided to help her return home. However, on the way back to Pakistan, he encountered numerous obstacles, including conflicts at the consulate and being deceived by the tourism bureau.
