This film is adapted from a novel of the same name. The material is drawn from the humidifier disinfectant incident that occurred in 2011. Through this incident, it tells the story of all of us who have not yet concluded that some things must be done by someone. Kim Sang-kyung plays "Jung Tae-ho", a surgeon who lost his wife due to an unknown lung disease and whose son's life is also in danger. Seo Young-hee plays his wife "Han Gil-ju". Lee Seon-bin plays "Han Young-ju", who used to be a prosecutor at the district prosecutor's office but became a lawyer after his sister Gil-ju's death.
