The film tells the story of four 20-year-old children from the remote and impoverished northern part of Pittsburgh. They are in a predicament at work and their relationship with their families is in jeopardy. Inspired by popular information, a child plans to raise a large amount of funds by organizing secret activities for minors in a place a little farther from home, such as booking competitions, playing poker, and having parties. One night, four young people happened to discover new neighbors, two prostitutes, Jasper and Candice, and they came up with a new way to make money. Out of necessity for life, two people agreed to the demands of four people. Surprisingly, they really began to get rich gradually.
