This film is adapted from the true story of Li Kunchi, an advanced individual in grassroots theoretical propaganda across the country. Retired Party branch secretary Zheng Wenxuan, after leaving his post, remained true to his original aspiration, continued to contribute his remaining energy, and engaged in grassroots propaganda work. He conveyed the Party's policies and guidelines in the last mile with simple language and artistic forms that the masses enjoy!
