While A Ding was involved in the underworld, although he earned a good income and was highly favored by his boss Yang Donghai, A Ding's refusal to deal drugs put Yang Donghai in a difficult position. A Ding and A Guo are as close as brothers, but they haven't inquired about each other's work. Not long after, A Guo was ordered to investigate Yang Donghai and his gang. Meanwhile, A Ding fell into Yang Donghai's trap of self-sacrifice and had no choice but to contact the drug dealers, which eventually led to a bloody battle. A Ding, who was suspected of murder, was pursued by A Guo. After narrowly escaping, he caused the latter to be punished by the police. On the other hand, the rivals of A Ding and A Guo in the police force are constantly pushing them to the brink of death. Meanwhile, A Ding's girlfriend Wen Wen (played by Xiao Hongmei) has taken several risks for him. A Ding, unable to bear leaving her, goes abroad alone to avoid trouble.
