This film is strung together by several surreal little stories. In the park, a mysterious man handed several pictures to a girl from a middle-class family. The girl's parents were shocked by the pictures of ancient buildings such as the Parthenon and the Arc de Triomphe. One night, the husband was troubled by hallucinations and sought help from a doctor. Coincidentally, the female nurse asked for leave and left. On her way home, she happened to run into a masochistic hat merchant, a gambling priest and others. A professor took a nurse's car to the police station to give a lecture, but was constantly interrupted. At the end, he shared an experience of attending a banquet. A few friends were chatting on the toilet, but the meal was taken in a single room that looked like a toilet. A man suffering from cancer was informed that his daughter was missing. Although her daughter was right beside him, a group of people still searched everywhere. A gunman was sentenced to death for randomly shooting passers-by in a high-rise building, but it seemed that he was released in court. The police chief received a call from his deceased sister. He went to the cemetery to check, only to find that his place had been taken by someone else... This film won the Silver Rabbit Award of the Italian Association of Film Journalists in 1975.[Collapse]
