Andy (played by Briana Evigan), a street dancer who lost both of her parents, has been persistently practicing street dance since childhood. Recently, the well-known Baltimore street dance group 410 completed the video declaration for the "Rave Battle", and her guardian threatened to send her away because of the outrageous video content. Fortunately, with the mediation of his friends, Andy chose to study at the Maryland School of Art, thus saving his current life. The school's star student, Chas (played by Robert Hoffman), is quite interested in Andy and requests to join the rave championship, but is ignored by the latter. Andy was eventually expelled because of his heavy academic load, which prevented him from balancing the 410 training.
