This new film directed by Michael Bay is adapted from the novel of the same name by Mitchell Zuckoff and is a political-themed movie. On September 11, 2012, an anti-American demonstration occurred in front of the US Consulate in Benghazi, Libya. After dark, dozens of armed men stormed into the consulate. The demonstration turned violent and eventually resulted in the deaths of four people, including US Ambassador John Christopher Stevens. This is also the first American ambassador to be killed by terrorists in 33 years. The film "13 Hours of Crisis" is based on this true event.[Collapse]
