The story takes place in the 1930s. The iron hooves of Japanese imperialism resounded through the countries of East Asia. Amid the tumultuous times, one legend after another unfolded. In China, Yeom Seok-jin (played by Lee Jeong-jae), the chief of the Bureau of the Provisional Government of South Korea, released Ahn Woo-yoon (played by Jun Ji-hyun), a sniper of the Independence Army who had been sentenced to death, from prison. Subsequently, he recruited explosives expert Hwang Deok-sam (played by Choi Deok-wun) and Cho Sang-woo (played by Jo Jin-woong), a graduate of the New Military Academy specializing in the "rapid fire gun". Secretly ordered three people to assassinate the commander of the North Korean garrison and the traitors of their own country. The dangerous operation began, but the Japanese side soon received a tip-off about the assassination mission. In the ten-mile-long foreign land where wild snakes dance wildly, thrilling and conspiracy-filled confrontations alternate, and this is also a thrilling showdown concerning the fate of the nation... This film won the Best Film Award at the 36th Blue Dragon Film Awards in 2015.[Collapse]
