Kolchak (played by Konstantin Khabensky) was a Russian admiral with outstanding military talent. He commanded warships and achieved many military successes in World War I, and was personally awarded a medal by the prince. Young and handsome, in the prime of his life, a bright future unfolded before him, and love naturally came as promised. At a wine party, Kolchak met the beautiful Anna (played by Elizaveta Boyarskaya), but unfortunately, she was already married at that time. However, the two couldn't hide their mutual attraction, and Anna was willing to leave her husband for him. The political situation was turbulent, the Tsar fell from power, and the October Revolution broke out. Kolchak, who was known for his loyalty, persisted in his best efforts during the civil war but was unable to resist the disintegration of the White regime. Kolchak was betrayed and secretly executed by the Soviet government. Anna was detained by the Soviet government for 37 years and was eventually released. She remained loyal to Kolchak until her death.[Collapse]
