He claims to be a talent scout and is holding a viewership event called "New Stars of the Film Industry". He claimed that if he was chosen by him, he might become an overnight sensation and a super star earning a fortune every day. In the isolated town, Joe's arrival caused a minor commotion among the residents. Throughout the town, people of all ages and genders were very fond of this "fashionable gentleman" from the big city. However, they had no idea that Joe's true identity was a complete liar who talked nonsense without any doubt. As time went by, the sincerity and kindness of the residents gradually touched Joe.
