Ryosuke (played by Takumi Matsuzaka), a young man who runs a Western pastry coffee shop, is about to marry his beloved girl, Chie (played by Nana Kiyono). But just when they are enjoying the peak of their success, Chie suddenly disappears, and his father, Yosuke, is diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and has little time left. While helping to tidy up the clutter, Ryosuke happened to come across a few old notebooks, with the cover of which read "Lily Heart (Swaying Heart)". The notebook was filled with a woman's monologue written in pencil. She claimed that she had been afraid of the outside world since childhood, but an unexpected murder gave her helpless heart some comfort. The extremely realistic descriptions in the notes frightened Ryosuke greatly, yet he couldn't stop. Meanwhile, Ms. Hosoya (played by Taka Kimura), who claimed to be Chie's friend, came to him and revealed the reason for Chie's disappearance. While reading the notes, Ryosuke seemed to be tightly seized by a woman named Hikaru (played by Yuriko Yoshitaka), and there was a huge secret hidden within...
