Frank Cast (portrayed by Thomas Jane) spent most of his life racing against death. He served in the Marine Corps in his early years and later joined the FBI after his retirement. After living in the midst of gunfire and fire for many years, Frank no longer wanted to be threatened with death all day long, and his family lived in constant fear for him. So, he decided to retire early and enjoy a peaceful life with his wife and children. However, during the last mission, an innocent young man died due to an accident. The young man's father, however, is Howard Sant (played by John Travolta), a wealthy businessman from Tampa. To avenge his son, Howard issued a strangle to the Frank family on the black market. However, Frank was fortunate enough to survive this catastrophe. To take revenge, Frank no longer relied on the rule of law but, fully armed, challenged Howard.
