The film takes the inheritance, protection and utilization of the Red River Hani Rice Terraces, a world Heritage site, as its main narrative content, embedding the expression of rural revitalization within it. Under the binary antagonistic motif structure of development and protection, it tells the story of the "sister" dedicated to the protection of the Hani Rice Terraces uncovering the illegal development and destruction of the tourism company's Noma project
