Yuan Li

This film tells the story of the smart and lovely little Q, who grows into a qualified guide dog under the meticulous care and training of a trainer, and meets his owner, Li Baoting (played by Andy Lau), a middle-aged blind, recluse and bad-tempered genius pastry chef. During the days they lived together, Little Q gradually melted and entered Bao Ting's heart.

Tang Dadao and his wife were heartbroken because their son was taken away by illness. In the midst of their pain, Tang Dadao, the father, began to reflect on his shortcomings in handling the father-son relationship and the gloom in his personal mood. He longed to have a conversation with his son to soothe his soul. The film is adapted from the novel of the same name "Anhun" by Zhou Daxin, the winner of the MAO Dun Literature Prize.
