The film tells the story of a young girl named Haru who returns to her hometown of Iwate from Hiroshima and embarkates on a journey to the location of the Wind's phone. It is a tale about inner healing and the precious memories we have forgotten.

The story of the film is set in Guangjin High School. The students have the same hairstyle, wear the same uniform, carry the same schoolbag and wear the same shoes. They have no personality at all. Even their actions are strictly controlled by the "black school rules". However, among this group of students without personality, there is still a unique existence - second-year high school students
