Rose, a single mother from Ivory Coast, Africa, moved to the suburbs of Paris with her two sons, Jean and Ogist. From the 1980s to the present, this family has gone through formation and disintegration, transcending time and space, and together they have rediscovered family affection and memories. The film is divided into three chapters to tell the growth experience of the mother and son over the past thirty years, starting from the mother and the mother respectively.
