Plot:
On the eve of the July 7th Incident, a young Chinese-American named Hendrler (played by Peng Yuyan) traveled across the ocean from the United States to Beijing, where he had been away for over a decade, to practice medicine. However, his real name is Li Tiantian. When he was thirteen years old, he witnessed with his own eyes that his master's family was attacked by his senior brother Zhu Qianlong (played by Liao Fan) and the Japanese man Genichiro (played by Kenya Sawada).
