The story begins in northern Europe 20,000 years ago, during the ice Age. Koda (played by Kodi Smit-McPhee) is the son of a tribal chief. During a collective hunting operation, he unfortunately fell off a cliff and has been out of touch ever since. Everyone thought Keda was dead, but fortunately, the flood swept him away, saving his life. However, the current carried Keda to a vast wilderness very far from the tribe. Under the threat of extremely bad weather and extremely scarce resources, Keda set out on his journey home. During his journey, Koda met a lone Wolf. The Wolf became his travel companion and he named it Alpha. Alpha is the leader of the Wolf pack. During his interactions with Alpha, Koda learned many survival skills in the wilderness and was also awakened to his inner Wolf nature.[Collapse]
