Young police officers Zhang Jingshan (played by Zhang Zhenlang), Xin Kaiqing (played by CAI Sibei), He Shihua (played by Tang Pui Yee), and Wu Guancong (played by Zhu Minhan) apply to be airport special police officers for different reasons. Under the strict guidance of instructor Man Wing Keung (played by Kwan Lai Kit), the four graduated and joined the airport special police team. Jing Shan, however, often goes against the chief inspector of the Special Police Unit, Zhang Zhenhe (played by Wong Chi-hang).
