In the heart of Tokyo's urban jungle, there remains an old and shabby house, where the Shibata family of five lives in a cramped manner. A man named Aji (played by Lily Franky), who works as a temporary worker at a construction site, often takes his son Shota (played by Kiyoshi Shiki) to the supermarket to steal daily necessities.
