Plot:
Adapted from the prison notes of the gang leader, Mino Kozo, and the novel by the author, Iizaki Koichi. In Showa 41, the police's "Operation Marineford" dealt a severe blow to the Hiroshima underworld. Takeda Akira (played by Asahi Kobayashi), who had been released on bail, sized up the situation and enlisted his old followers to establish the "Tensei Kai", existing in society as a legitimate political party.
